We invite you to deeply immerse yourself in our workshop — Reach . Connect . Dance. Stepping out of your comfort zone might feel vulnerable, but trust your own intuition and let the magic of what we create together expand your world.

The Winter series offers a safe container to express movement in different and playful ways. Each session will emphasize connection with one another, while exploring your movement patterns. How do we show up to a dance? How do we open to the moment?

Emphasis will be placed on contact improvisation fundamentals sprinkled with modern dance and theater techniques and some elements of acrobatics; allowing us to be grounded and move in an organic way. We will pay attention to the architectural element of our own mass and skeletal power to discover our authentic expression and freely surrender to the dance.

Human connection will be deeply explored, while being respectful and attentive to your own and other’s boundaries. We will learn how to be playful again, just like when we were kids.

During the break, we share our experiences while enjoying some chocolate and juice.
